Payroll Reinstating Archived Employees
Currently working with the new MYOB update and am not a fan of the new payroll system. It is overly complicated and messy to look at, and you can't change any employee details without s**bleep**ping the entire payrun and starting from scratch which is not user friendly at all. My main issue is with the system to archive and reinstate employees. There used to just be a check box for archived employees and if you wanted to bring them back you just unchecked the box, but now that doesn't exist. How do I bring back archived employees without creating a whole new employee profile for them?
Excel Add-in not working
I normally use the Excel Add-in everyday without problem. Yesterday however the plugin would load but then it would not let me log in. I Keep getting an error message. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck and have tried on 3 different computers withthe same result.
Issues getting my book keeper access to my myob
Hey team, Having huge issues to getting my book keeper to view and clean up my files online, I have tried a few ways to invite them, from online admin, to an adviser, each time they come back to me saying they cant log in, and reference AccountRight Live at this point, I dont want to purchase another software option, and am heading down the road that Im just going to give them my login details. anyonw have any solutions. Thanks
