Unable to delete a payment
Hi, I am unable to delete a payment where I have been able to do this previously. It seems like an update issue. The option to delete is not there or is greyed out. I have also checked the preferences to ensure I can change transactions. I am an administrator so permissions is not an issue. Currently we are making Electronics Payments using ABA bank files in AccountRight. Our main bank account is linked already for this purpose. We now need to pay suppliers from a second bank account as well, therefore we have two operating savings bank accounts that we must be able to make payments from through Electronic Payments. Can I link two (2) bank accounts for Electronic Payments in AccountRight? When inputting a new Sale, quite frequently it will either save the transaction twice, using sequenced invoice numbers or, if there's a payment amount entered, it will record 2 payments for the sale amount, leaving that invoice in credit. When the sale is for an item that has only 1 unit on hand, it will pop up an alert saying that there is not enough stock, but if you cancel the invoice, which it will then prompt you that you haven't recorded it, you can see the invoice saved already. This has been going on for a few weeks and is becoming increasingly frustrating.Missing Customer credit card payment
One of our customers paid an invoice with a credit card via MYOB. His card has been debited but we have not recieved notification or the money. He did not get a reciept for payment either just had the money go from his account. It was 2 months ago. Has anyone else had this happen?More payment methods - PAYID
As a small business most of my customers prefer paying through payID due to the convenience. As a business I prefer it too as I get the payment instantly in most cases. Hi I’ve set up my first client for today and prepped the invoice for payment (same day) My PDF is showing my personal name not my Business Name? When setting up the app yesterday using the ABN look up it’s not pulled the biz name but my personal name - so I need to update that? Also agree with other comments around customising the invoice, I tried to put extra notes (copied in) but completing notes was tricky as it doesn’t allow paste and you can’t view as you type as the keyboard is covering the notes field… -the cancel and save tabs at the top of the app look skewed Other than that its a quick and easy process / will try and join Q&A today60Views1like3Comments
