Hi Everyone, I've tried to pay super to Mercer Easy Super and the following message appeared. Whoops something went wrong, the superfund details are invalid. Hello Community, I just wondered if someone can tell me if and how to run a report on gross earnings excluding any O/T, bonuses or super? If someone can direct me how to find the correct report, I can then fiddle around with it and make it work for me. I just always get confused on which report to begin with. Ever since MYOB added more items into the Payroll Categories > Superannuation > Superannuation Information section, I can no longer accept any changes I make. It doesn't fit on the screen and there is no option to either scroll down or adjust the zoom. This means I can't accept any changes I make. Is it possible for these options to be added? We have staff under 18 years that will still be subject to the superannuation $450 / month threshold after 1.7.22. Is there a way to have a 2nd Super Guarantee category set up just for them, that can still have the $450 threshold applied from July onwards? I need all of the contributions to show on monthly (accrual by fund summary) reports too. I note that since the change to your Super clearing House that payments are taking a long time to process. I submitted a super payment on 1/3 and is still has not been presented to the bank? It shows in the Manage Payments section as 'processing'?? Never before has it taken this long to complete. Hello, Today our office admin was doing a reconcilliation of our bank account and noticed that the superannuation payment for January has been deducted twice, I dont understand how this could have happened, I assumed that it could only be processed once. Hi there, I was wondering if someone could let me know how I would enter these details in MYOB for those who wish to Salary Sacrifice certain amount into their Super fund in the new Salary Sacrifice Arrangement. How would I adjust it in MYOB to reflect the way we report the amount to be Salary Sacrificed. MYOB is already set up previously for these employees ATO has advised it has now changed how we process it. eg Sue receives $550 gross amount which 9.5% of super is paid = $52.25 (13wks x $52.25 = $679.25 per quarter ) She wishes to Salary Sacrifice $50 each week. (13Wks x $50 = $650.00 per quarter) In MYOB it is set up Base Salary x 9.5% = $52.25 Salary Sacrificing is -$50.00. The amount of $50.00 is deducted from the base salary of $550 and taxed at a lower rate. It is only picked up when when I run the Superannuation report when I do the quartley payments to the funds. It has now changed to a different processsing and if someone can give me the right direction how to input it in MYOB for reporting and payment, what do I need to do? As it started in January the pays have already processed into the system with Single One Touch but how would I rectify it to reflect the new reporting as the March payment is due next month. Hi, I have newly set up accountright 2019.4 with only one employee in this accountright. The other accountright (same version), the employees superannuation is working perfectly. But this one company MYOB is not working out employees superannuation at all. I can not see the difference between the two MYOB so why is it not working on one but is working on the other MYOB?
