prior to june 30 i just manually changed it and hoped the update july 1 would fix it IT HASNT Im sick of being on hold with a human and need to process wages. I have manually checked every setting myself and it still isnt doing it right thanks

We should review your superannuation settings. Go to Payroll> Payroll Categories> Superannuation. Confirm that the superannuation category and percentage rate are set correctly. For the 2023-2024 financial year, June 30, 2024, or earlier, the super rate is 11%.
Make sure that superannuation is being calculated correctly on your Ordinary Time Earnings. Check that the correct payroll categories are linked to the superannuation category.
