Adding new credit card account to bank feeds

Hi

How I can add new credit card accounts to our bank feeds?

Our bank is Bendigo Bank.

The credit card accounts are already active within the Bank, but I need to link them to our bank feeds in order to reconcile them.

thanks

  • Hi carlaislva,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

Thank you for flagging this to us. If the credit card is already active within the bank, you can link the credit card to your bank feeds by going to Banking >> Bank Feeds >> Manage Bank Accounts (this window shows all the bank feeds you have set  up and their status) >> Select an account from the list in the Associated Account Column. This will be the account that the bank feed will be compared to. You can only select accounts set up as a bank account or credit card >> Click Use Account. The account is linked to the bank feed.>> Click OK >> The Banking command center reappears. You can check out this Help Article: Setting up bank feed for other financial institutions, for more information and process.

      Hi Celia,

thank you for the quick response.

All the credit cards are active within our Bank. However, I did follow the steps you wrote below but I cannot see the new accounts. There is no option to add/select a new account.  See attacahed.

        Hi carlaislva,

Thank you for providing a screenshot. If the status of your bank feed is bank feed ready, this means that the bank feed has been activated and is feeding through the transactions. No action would be required from your end.

The linked accounts column is the MYOB account that transactions from your bank account will automatically imported to, however if you have a credit card feed linked to an see type account this account won't appear in the linked account column and will appear as blank. You can check out this Help Article: Managing your bank feeds.

I hope this helps. If you still need assistance, please feel free to post again. We are happy to help.
