BANK FEED ISSUE

Question

Hi there.I am trying to complete the January bank reconciliation.&nbsp; The payment for the superannuation has appeared on the bank statement side. But I am not able to find the details of the payment side which would have come from the MYOB super portal. So I am not able to match the payment and reconcile the account.&nbsp;Any help would be appreciated.&nbsp;Many thanksDenise

Our accountant &amp; I spent some time and managed to find a resolution to this issue.&nbsp; We "cleared" the transaction in the reconcile account window.&nbsp; Then on the bank feed we hid the bank entry.&nbsp; All worked and account reconciled.
