BANK FEED ISSUE

Hi there.

I am trying to complete the January bank reconciliation.  The payment for the superannuation has appeared on the bank statement side. But I am not able to find the details of the payment side which would have come from the MYOB super portal. So I am not able to match the payment and reconcile the account.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Our accountant & I spent some time and managed to find a resolution to this issue.  We "cleared" the transaction in the reconcile account window.  Then on the bank feed we hid the bank entry.  All worked and account reconciled.
