Bank feed reconciliation out after super payment

Hi,

 

I was waiting for all my bank transactions to come through my account today before reconciling my account up to the 31/12.  Yesterday 01/01 I processed a super payment.

Today I cannot reconcile the account up to the 31st December as the bank feed in MYOB is showing the super payment amount.  The amount in my actual bank is $16,401.18. the super payment is processing and hasn't been deducted from my actual bank.  See attached the screenshots, one up to the 31/12 and other from the 01/02.  Can anyone help me with this issue?

    Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community forum. I hope you find it a great source of information.

     

    Could you please try to do a future-dated reconciliation to see if that will resolve the imbalance? Otherwise, you will need to undo the reconciliations to where the out-of-balance occurs and then redo the reconciliations. The help article, Resolving out-of-balance bank reconciliations, has instructions for finding and resolving an out-of-balance issue. There's also a section on how to check if the calculated statement balance is incorrect.
