Bank feed transactions

Question

Using Account Right.&nbsp; Just done two bank account reconciliations - all fine until I went bank in and now random transactions from December 2021 are showing - these were previously reconcilied.&nbsp; The matching transaction in MYOB is reconciled and completed.&nbsp; And 2 transfers in the second bank account are now showing as unreconciled.&nbsp; These were transfers between the two bank accounts.&nbsp; The transaction is still showing in the first bank account and is reconciled but the matching MYOB transaction has fallen out from the second bank account.&nbsp; I have shut down and gone back in but the transactions are still there.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! We did have an incident in December in regards to duplicate bankfeed transactions sent to the file, can you please confirm the below information so I can check to see if this is what you're experiencing:

Is it only bank feed transactions that have re-appeared in the bank feed window ?
What is the date range of the bank feed transactions that have appeared ?
Is the previous bankfeed still matched and reconciled with the AccountRight transaction ?

Can you also please provide a screenshot of the bankfeed transactions.&nbsp;

Hi MelisaThe bank feed transactions are not duplicated in the "current" list but they still appear as reconciled in the "approved" list.In the transaction account 3 transactions on 3/12/2021 and one on 10/12/2021.No they are no longer in the approved list but are listed in the general ledger report from December correctly.The first attached file is current with the transactions that have reappeared.The second file is the already reconciled transactions in the approved list.Regards Judy&nbsp;&nbsp;

Sorry for the delay in my response. They do appear to be duplicates from December, I've spoken to our bankfeeds team and they have advised to hide these transaction. You can do this by right&nbsp;clicking the bankfeed transaction &gt; select hide.&nbsp;
