Bank Feeds are still down and status page has no info

Macquarie bank feeds are down again, since around 19/01/24

https://status.myob.com/ page shows nothing at all regarding this.

 

Please provide an update?

    I've reached out with the appropriate team regarding this matter, and currently, the delay in the Macquarie bank feed is still ongoing. Our team is in constant communication with Macquarie to address and resolve this issue. While we are unable to provide a specific timeline for the resolution, please be assured that our team is fully aware and actively working to resolve the matter.       Hi,

       

      Bank feeds are STILL DOWN!

       

      Also the status page has still not been updated. Does MYOB even properly keep this up to date?

       

      Please can these bank feeds be working. It is really not good enough to have this issue over again.

        I have consulted with the relevant team regarding this matter. I'm pleased to inform you that the Macquarie team has just updated us today, and that the issue has been resolved. We are in the process of updating the status hub to reflect this resolution. Additionally, an email notification regarding this resolution will be sent out shortly.
