Hi SRP1
To my knowledge, there haven't been recent delays with bank feeds. However, being as it is still early in the day we have received information late from the bank and therefore would still be processing that information ready to go out later in the day.
In saying that if you haven't received the feeds by lunchtime, so we can investigate the feeds a bit more closely can you provide us with the following information:- The last four digits of the serial number - Setup>>Company Information
- The company file ID of an impacted file - Help>>About AccountRight
- The last four digits of the bank account impacted
- The last date you received your transactions.
Edit: We've just had word that there is a bank feed situation that is preventing that information from being made available our teams are currently working on the situation to get that resolved as soon as possible for our impacted customers.
SRP1lisagatAnyone else missing bank feeds for the 15th December?

Thanks for your patience
As indicated, we did encounter a delay with our feeds. This has since been resolved and you should have your latest transactions in your file now (or later today as we are still processing that information).

Hi
My bank feeds are no longer linked to an associated account (they used to be) and I have not received bank feeds for any of my accounts since October. Can you please assist asap.
THanks- Steven_MFormer Staff
Hi jasmin
An associated account is required for a bank feed. This account represents the account in your AccountRight software that the bank account is and what account the feeds will come into.
Should you not have an associated account for a bank feed one can be added via Banking>>Bank Feeds>>Manage Bank Accounts -- Associated Account.
Please note that the account you need to select does need to be Active and for Credit Card feeds need to have the Account Type (in the Accounts Lists) as Credit Card.
