Bank rejection of employee pay

I don't think this is a MYOB problem, but as the employee has indicated the bank details are correct, however I have processed the payment twice & both times it has been returned to the business bank account.

About the only thing missing from the employee card is her birth date which I am sure wouldn't affect a bank payment.

Any insights would be helpful, but not really expecting a resolution on this one - just throwing it out there :smileyhappy:

    I suggest that you ask the employee for a screen shot, printed statement - something from the bank with the BSB and account printed on it so that you can properly check it out.

     

    If the transaction is bouncing back after being processed by the bank there is an error in the numbers somewhere
