Rejected superannuation payments

Hi

 

I receive a number of rejections from superannuations with an amount and the name of the super fund but no details about who it was for.... nothing in the email, nothing in the mail!  Whit multiple employees in the same fund, how can we determine quickly who these funds were intended for?

    update: I just spent 20-30 minutes waiting for the chat support.

    I was asked for the amount of super rejected.

    Which i provided.

    They gave me the details of a super payment from march. 

     

    They stated it was that... then when i questioned why it took over a month to bounce and questioned whether it was that one... the chat said "That's the way we identify which payment has been declined by matching the figures that has been paid." and "We just have an access to your super but that doesn't mean that we know if the payment bounced back. If the payment bounced back, you can either call the superfund itself or call super-duper."

     

    That does not make sense to me.  

    Any help appreciated.
