- Serial number
- Business name
- Your full name and email address
- Last four digits of the bank account
- Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

Thanks Sai, I am trying to send Private Message but it is just showing blank page.
I am hovering over your user name and selecting Send Message, but next screen doesn't give me the option to message you. Any ideas

I need to do the same thing please advise how to do this. The accounts have been made inactive but still appear on the bank feeds.
