I kindly need your support with this matter. Whenever we pressed the "Bank Feeds" button in the Banking Tab, no prompts or errors were showing. It will just keep on loading and this issue has been going on for 2 months now.

My understanding is that the bank feeds button takes you to the bank feeds that have come across from your nominated accounts. This is automatic so there isn't any action you need to take.
Can you elaborate on what you are trying to achieve?
Once you have gone into bank feeds you can then manage the bank feeds from there (top left hand corner)
From there you can add or delete accounts
