MYOB Online Invoice Payments

We invoiced a customer a customer in June and they ghosted us. So we deleted the invoice/sale after multiple attempts at contacting them.

Today they decided to pay. 

I can't find this payment anywhere - the payments before and after are in our cheque account & undeposited funds. The payment in question is nowhere to be found.

Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction

    Hi Butch_Dixon ,

    If the money is already in your bank account, you will see it there. You might not find the transaction in the software immediately, so use the "Find Transactions" feature to locate it. If the transaction appears, create and prepare a bank deposit to complete the reconciliation.
