Old bank feeds downloading
Have a problem with old back feeds downloading (from 2023). This has now happened 3 times and don't know how to stop the old transactions from downloading.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I hear you're having trouble with old bank feeds downloading from 2023. That's a bit unusual. Here's what you can do about those old transactions: you can either hide them from your bank feeds or ask our team to delete them. Just a heads up, though: we can only delete transactions within a specific date range. Please connect with our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website or raise a ticket for deleting old bank transactions via My Account.
