So one of my customers made a payment for the purchase, but he did the payment at once for his two different shops. So it makes that two customers made the payment at once for two different purchases. Now how do I match the amount in the bank feed.

Since the two individual payments come up to bank feeds as one, the application won't automatically match the transactions. The process of matching these transactions depends on what product you have. Since you're using Accountright the transactions would have to pass through a clearing account, so you would need to use the Undeposited Funds as a means to have them match to the bank feed as a bulk.
