automated Elec Clearing entry, wont match
Hi Gurus! I performed a payrun today 2June, which doesn't want to match (auto or manual) on the bank rec (see image). 1st, I had to change the bank rec date manually to 2June, and MYOB defaulted to yesterday 1June (minor issue). It therefore missed my payrun of 2June in the reconciliation, and doesn't balance. 2nd, when I manually change the date range to include 2June - the payrun debit to electronic clearing is returned ! - but it didn't match to the Electronic Clearing GL account (see image - "try find a match". So - when I click on "find a match" I get a bland transaction screen.... advice on matching this one appreciated.

That does sound like a tricky one. Looks like the screenshot may not have uploaded with the post. From what you’ve described, it sounds like the pay run transaction isn’t showing as available to match. A couple of the usual things to check here would be whether the electronic clearing entry has already been reconciled, or it’s sitting under a different account.
