automated Elec Clearing entry, wont match

    Hi mmunchy,

     

    That does sound like a tricky one. Looks like the screenshot may not have uploaded with the post. From what you’ve described, it sounds like the pay run transaction isn’t showing as available to match. A couple of the usual things to check here would be whether the electronic clearing entry has already been reconciled, or it’s sitting under a different account.

     

    It may be worth having a look through this forum post, as it sounds quite similar to what you’re running into. You can also check this help article for a bit more detail on reconciling bank accounts.
