Reconciliation in app is done but not online

Hi guys,

 

I have reconciled all the transactions in app and it is correct and the same as the bank statement.

 

Unfortunately all these past transactions are 'hanging' as unreconciled when I go to MYOB online. Why is it happening?

 

If I reconcile onilne, it records it in app but not other way around. It is very strange. Please help.

    Thank you for your post. Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. 

     

    I suggest that you log out and log back into your account when you go to the browser version. You can also clear your browser cache. It is possible that when you updated or made some changes using your app, your browser may still use old files. If you don't clear your cache, you may see old data.
