Set up bankfeed
I'm trying to set up a bank feed between my bank and MYOB - I've done it for other accounts (same bank). I've already deactivated and tried again.
The bank portal says that I have an active bankfeed in place and the MYOB reference no. is correct.
I received an automated response from MYOB letting me know my bankfeed application is underway, the MYOB reference no. is correct and matches the one showing at the bank.
It's been a couple of days now. I go to the "manage bankfeed" in MYOB and the bank account is not even listed as pending. I note that other accounts state "awaiting approval" yet they are working fine.
Sooooooooooo frustrating - any help appreciated.
