Spend Money Window will not open

I am trying to open the Spend Money window in the banking section of MYOB AccountRight - however it will not open..  I saw another post suggesting uninstalling the MYOB AccountRight software and then reinstalling - I have done this without resolution.. 

 

Has anyone else had this problem?  How was it resolved?

    I have the same issue, spend money, receive money

     

    I open bank register, make it full screen, then click 'split' and it will open a full screen spend money.

     

    I get this a bit and have found making another window/screen full screen will allow me to open others.(But has to be full screen)

     

    Also I have noted this happens more with two screens and moving myob from one screen to another.  Sometimes just closing myob and opening leaving on one screen helps.

      I have followed the instructions to clear the cache - but no success - are there any other solutions.

    Are you still having the same error? Can you please sign out and then sign back in again with your AccountRight software?

    Also, if you are using AccountRight Live can you please try it using your web browser? Thank you.
