Customers' Average Days to Pay

That would be a super handy export to have. There isn’t a ready-made export for Average Days to Pay across all active customers in one Excel file. The closest option is to have a browse through the Sales reports and see whether one of those gives you most of the detail you need, then export that and build from there.

I have checked and browsed through Sales Reports, unfortunately there is no specific report that provides the average days to pay or any relevant data that can help me formulate in excel to produce the average days to pay.

Appreciate you taking the time to check through the Sales reports. At the moment, there isn’t a default MYOB report that shows the exact data you’re after. If this is something you’d find useful, it’d be worth posting a request on our Ideas Board so other users can vote on it too, as that helps our product team see what customers would love to have in future updates.
