Hi Kezzadm1966,
Thanks for reaching out.
That error generally means that the account you have used in the journal entry is either nonexistent or a header account. I would highly suggest checking on the ledger accounts that the journal import file is connected to and making sure they aren't header accounts.
Let me know if you require any further assistance with this. I'm happy to help.
Cheers,
Genreve

Hi ,
thanks for your reply,
It is not a header account and i have written to this account in the past by way of importing journals.

Hi Kezzadm1966,
Thanks for that information
If the ledger account numbers are all correct in the import file. I would suggest opening the import file in Notepad or Notepadd++ and saving it then trying the import again.
Let me know if the issue still persists after then. I'm willing to help.
Cheers,
Genreve
