Not able to connect to Account Rights from US Datacenter

we had already raised a concern regarding above, please look into this on priority.

    Could you please be more specific after clicking the link where do I have to navigate. That would be so helpful.

    After clicking the link, this is what you can see.

     

    Just click on 'contact' and it will lead you to the window where it has the information on how you can contact the right team for your concern. Feel free to reach out again if there's anything you need assistance with.

    I see you still need help finding where to lodge your question. There’s a link to log a ticket at the lower right of your screenshot.

    You can click this hyperlink and proceed with logging a ticket.
