Balance sheet level 3 & 4 report not displaying all numbers.

I am trying to generate a Balance Sheet at level 3 detail.  The Totals in the far right column (the 3rd column) are not displaying properly.  They are actually only showing the digits of the cents.  So where the number "$8,761,333.68" should be, it is showing "68".  I have changed margins and changed to landscape but the numbers display the same.  I have the  same problem with level 4.  Level 1 & 2 are ok.

I can export the report to Excel and all the figures come across correctly, so this is my work around for the moment.
