Hi SuFish,
I see you're having trouble exporting your Electronic Payments Register report to Excel. If there's an issue with the connection between Excel and AccountRight, this link might help you find a solution. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling both AccountRight and Excel, as that can sometimes fix the problem.

Thanks for the response.
What I find odd is that I can run a Payroll Activity Summary Report and export that to excel. So why would exporting one report to excel work and the other not work? That made me think it was an AccountRight issue?
Are there any steps for uninstalling and reinstalling AccountRight? I could give that a go first.
