When I run an Electronic Payments Register Report and then try to export it to excel so I can sort the Payees it won't do it.
I have to first export it as a pdf and then convert it to an excel using Adobe.
I can export other reports direct to excel but not this one. Any ideas why MYOB?

What I find odd is that I can run a Payroll Activity Summary Report and export that to excel. So why would exporting one report to excel work and the other not work? That made me think it was an AccountRight issue?
Are there any steps for uninstalling and reinstalling AccountRight? I could give that a go first.
