Exporting to Excel

MYOB will not export my report to Excel for the last few months.   I've been doing this for years with no problem so it's not my method that's failing.     I tried emailing a PDF version  of the report and the email doesn't arrive.   I've had problems emailing reports in the past also.

    Hey Deek,

     

    Exporting reports to Excel and emailing PDFs should be hassle-free, especially since you’ve been nailing it for years. It’d be best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can dig into what’s going on and need a few more details and some screenshots to get cracking on solving the issue with exporting reports to Excel. And since those emailed PDFs aren’t arriving, it’s worth having a chat with your IT person to check if MYOB’s email has somehow been blocked or blacklisted.
