Hide details on financial report

Hey there,

I have produced a Profit & Loss report at Level 4, but there is one section of it that we would like to collapse down to Level 2 detail - but keeping Level 4 for everything else. Is there a way to do this within MYOB?

Thanks in advance,

Priscilla

  • Hi Casbap

When displaying the Profit and Loss report within AccountRight the user has the Filter to select the Report Level. This Report Level coincides with the accounts for the Accounts Lists.

The Report Level filter applies to all header accounts/subsections of the report. You are not able to have one subsection set to be a different Report Level than the other sections of that report i.e. show one header account set to be level 2 while other sections are level 4.

Should that be required you could look at sending the report to Excel and then making the necessary changes to that within the application.
