Hello Myob Team,
I encountered an issue with my Myob Software V19.7 Account Right Premier. My Myob software did not display report from 2023, it only display reports from 2024. This happens on my windows 10 professional desktop.
However i successful display my report from 2024 and 2023 on my laptop using same company file.
The problem is i can not view 2023 reports on my desktop? please help

Are you seeing an error message when trying to display the report? Is it happening to all reports?

There are no error message. the button for displaying reports seems like freeze functionality. I click and nothing happened. I will try seek for virtual assistant
