User cannot connect to application
We are unable to connect one our users and get this error when they try and log in with their details, it is conectted via an API. I have tried conect support via live chat and was told it to call and then I have been unable to get in touch with anyone as wait times have been over 2 hours long. Is anyone able to assist in getting this resolved?
They are connecting via the webpage secure.myob.com into our internal system and getting this message. I have confirmed they have access to my.myob
