Account Right Sign-in page not loading on desktop app

I just purchased an Asus E510 laptop. I have installed the AccountRight app, Our company file is online and using it on 3 other laptops with no issues. On this new laptop, Account right app launches and I select open a company file. Then it says 'Sign in to Account Right live to access company files online'. Then a large white box opens and says "loading" and THATS it. Doesn't progress. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Turning off all fire wall and virus protection. I even sent the back up file to the new laptop and tried to open it, but it still won't progress from "loading", so I'm just not getting to the sign in screen.

  • I rang Myob help and we tried lots of different troubleshooting but still couldn't fix the issue. She believes some security on laptop is blocking the sign in screen. She suggested I seek help from an IT person but I think I'll return the laptop and purchase a different brand or better laptop. This one is basic but i thought it would be suffice for simply using a cloudbased program.
