I rang Myob help and we tried lots of different troubleshooting but still couldn't fix the issue. She believes some security on laptop is blocking the sign in screen. She suggested I seek help from an IT person but I think I'll return the laptop and purchase a different brand or better laptop. This one is basic but i thought it would be suffice for simply using a cloudbased program.
