AccountRight Premier

Hi,  i have a current Accountright plus online file and have purchased accountright premier to allow two company files to be online.

 

I have downloaded myob premier and then opened up my online file.

The product serial number that myob sent for premier is different to the serial number for plus.  When i open up the online file it is the same serial number as plus and i cannot change that.

 

What do i have to do to change the the existing company file to allow it to operate in premier.

 

Note that the reason for the change from plus to premier was primarily to have two company files.  I have not put the second company file online at this stage.

    It sounds like you're making some exciting changes to your setup! Let me help untangle this for you so you can get your files sorted with AccountRight Premier.

     

    If you're starting fresh with a new company file, you’ll need to create it and pop in the serial number for AccountRight Premier. You can follow the steps here: Create a company file.

     

    On the other hand, if you’re working with an existing company file, it’s just a little different. We’ll need to process a serial number removal from your current AccountRight Plus file so it can switch over to Premier. For that, just hop onto our live chat support via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount, and one of our awesome support team members will sort it out for you.
