Administrator issue

I am the administrator and recently changed my email address and after making the change in MYOB I am now unable to log in as it wants to link my new email to the administrator and is asking for a password which I do not believe I have ever had one and there is no option to say "forgot password".  I have put in a request to MYOB but have not had a successful reply.  I have been unable to raise any invoices and now am unable to process payroll. I would love some help.

    Am having the exact same issue with one of my company files but not the other.

     Changed my email address and as administrator I cannot login in to my main file.

    Hi All,

     

    I'm sorry for the trouble you're having logging in. To troubleshoot this, you can enter the User ID as Administrator and leave the password blank This should allow you to sign in. If you are still not able to sign in, let me know if you require further assistance, and I'm here to help.

    Thanks for your reply but this does not work.  What is my next option.

    If the User ID Administrator and leaving the password blank didn't work on your end, you can also use our virtual assistant MOCA through myob.com/support.
