Hi, I was backing up the file last night, but I was kicked out from the software. I still couldn't log in this morning. It still said "The company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete".
Can someone please assist me? It’s payroll day today and I urgently need access

Getting stuck with a "backup in progress" issue, especially on payroll day, is definitely not ideal!
