Hi Xylon1,
I had a proper look at what you described with the Business Insights window dropping out after a few seconds. I’ve tried to replicate exactly what you walked through and everything loaded fine on my end, and there aren’t any reported issues with those panels. It’s worth giving your AccountRight cache a clear to see if that steadies things, and if the red X keeps popping up after that, it's best to reach out to our team. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account, so they can dig into what's happening behind the scenes.
Cheers,
Doreen

I went to check if this bug has been addressed and the "Total Assets" window displayed but now the "Total Liabilities" window bombed out with a big red X window over it.

Feedback as promised:
I had our IT guy look at it as he was in the office doing some other work and asked him to look at it.
These are the steps he performed:
- Cleared the Windows cache
- Cleared Temp under AppData
- I restarted the PC
- After a few seconds of correctly displaying the window, it bombed out and the red X came up followed by a separate window containing the message "Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close. We're really sorry. Errors like these are usually one-offs, but if you keep having problems, check for a solution."
So, still no joy.

Hi Xylon1,
Thanks for getting your IT guy to take a look at it. That error with the red X and the "Something went wrong and AccountRight needs to close" message can sometimes happen due to a system or file issue. This guide has some steps that can help resolve it: Error: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.
Give those a try and see if it clears things up. If the issue is still happening after that, it'd be best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look.
Regards,
Sai
