Cancel a subscription
Firstly, this is not the right board for my query, but there wasn't one available about managing subscriptions.
The business I work for wishes to cancel the MYOB subscription. I have tried to do this, but keep getting told I cannot as the "owner" of the file needs to do it. This "owner" is an employee that has not worked for the business for a number of years. One support staff person emailed and said I just needed to complete a change of details form, provide evidence of the current directors, and then we could proceed. I have done this, but received a response that said that was not sufficient, the "owner" would have to cancel the file. I am going around in circles, and being charged for a product we are not using. Any suggestions would be helpful please
