Cancel a subscription

Firstly, this is not the right board for my query, but there wasn't one available about managing subscriptions.

 

The business I work for wishes to cancel the MYOB subscription. I have tried to do this, but keep getting told I cannot as the "owner" of the file needs to do it.  This "owner" is an employee that has not worked for the business for a number of years.  One support staff person emailed and said I just needed to complete a change of details form, provide evidence of the current directors, and then we could proceed.  I have done this, but received a response that said that was not sufficient, the "owner" would have to cancel the file.  I am going around in circles, and being charged for a product we are not using.  Any suggestions would be helpful please

    Thanks for the information you've provided. 

     

    I read through both cases created for the cancellation. It seems the team is asking you to fill out the change in details form using your name and information instead. Since the previous cases are already closed, I recommend restarting the case and filling out the change of details form using your information. 

     

    Alternatively, if you can still log in using the primary contact's email address, you can cancel the subscription from myaccount.myob.com.
