Cannot log in Back up in progress

Good Morning. 

 

our file looks like it will need a script ran over it. 

it is stuck in a backup

    Mark , 

     

    give them a call and they will run a script over your file.. ...i just got off the phone to them

    Just got off the phone - "Known issue - getting lots of calls about it - check back later "
