Can't sign in today
Saying backup in progress, you can sign on once the backup is complete.

Thanks for the screenshot. I’ve run a fix on your file, so you should be able to jump back into AccountRight now, just close and reopen, then sign in again. If it happens again, you can pop a ticket through My Account or chat with our team via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
