Thank you for your response.
Tried the link, not sure how to get to MOCA. Decided to call. Took a bit longer, but sorted.
However, had it been after hours, then I'll be left in the lurch.

Awesome to hear the issue got sorted out over the phone, even if it took a bit longer. If it happens again, just pop over to the website, click the purple speech bubble in the bottom-right corner to open MOCA, and type "get help from a support agent." That’ll give you a link to start a live chat.
