Company File stuck in Backup Status
Hi, we are unable to open our file this morning as it appears to be stuck in backup mode?

Thanks for your post and welcome here in the Community forum.
I've arranged for the company file to be reset back to Active for you. This should allow you access to the company file as intended. Please restart AccountRight then access the file again.
