Different options for subscription given file size

I am currently running 2 online data files and 13 offline files for our business.  This is expected to grow. Most of the data files are quite small in size. I would like to consider bringing the offline files online, but your subscription model makes this cost prohibitive. An alternative subscription model which considers file size and/or number of transactions would be beneficial.

I have discussed with your sales staff but still, after an initial discount ends I am committed to the full subscription for every data file, regardless of its size. This is what prevents me from moving online.
