File is in backing up mode, could not log in

Hi,

 

I have my file still backing up since Thursday, last week.

 

Can you please restore it, so I can log in.

    Hi Tetyana

     

    I'm sorry to hear your file is stuck in backup. It looks active on my end right now. If the issue continues, visit myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com and use MOCA, our virtual assistant, for immediate help. If MOCA can't assist, you'll be directed to our live chat team for further troubleshooting.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to start a new thread if you need any other help.
