How to limit user access on MYOB AccountRight Live Plus

Hi Hank-TSMAdmin, 

An individual's user access can be edited from the manage user window. To access and manage user roles in AccountRight software, you need to open the AccountRight application itself rather than going through the My.MYOB or MyAccount window. Once inside AccountRight, you can edit the user role and user access settings from there. I recommend reading through the article, as it would provide more information about the user access window.

Yes, you can manage user access. You have the ability to customise roles and control what user can access such as blocking areas like Accounts, Banking and Reporting. I've included a link below with more details on how to set it up.

I can't find Manage Roles in MYOB AccountRight Live Plus. I can only invite or remove access a user.

My login don't have Manage Roles feature. Odd
