I need to cancel my subscription

I need to cancel my subscription immediately before the next billing cycle. The business is no longer trading and our account is being closed.

    It'll be sad to see you go, but if you really have to, you can still manage your MYOB subscription by logging into your My Account. You can also reach out to our live chat team via our virtual assistant MOCA through myob.com/support.

    Hi Doreen

    I’m also considering changing software company after many years with MYOB.

     

    We have Accounts Right $141.00 pm

    We run a SERVICE industry business with iPhone & iPad. On Thursday the old version of the MYOB Invoices App stopped working. 

    I installed the new MYOB Invoice App - I can see our outstanding invoices but our contacts won’t update.

     

    Plus visually it’s not as user friendly as the old App.

    Will there be any improvements made in the future?

     

    Apologies I couldn’t find how to ask this question on the forum.

     

    We need the app to work flawlessly to operate our business as our staff are mobile and carrying a laptop is not an option.

     

    Any advise would be appreciated
