Locked out even just from 1st attempt

Hi team! Have you had a similar situation wherein a user gets locked out even at first attempt of signing in? And it happens multiple times a week. Is it possible that the user's account is signed in on multiple devices and haven't been logged out or so for daysss? What might be the possible reason for this? Since there is no multiple failed log in detected.

    That does sound a bit odd! Normally, your MYOB account only gets locked if there’ve been too many incorrect password attempts for your email, just as a security precaution. Check this link for more details about it.
