Loggin into MYOB - password error issue

When I try and log in to on line Accounts Right  it locks the account as it is saying I have put in the wrong password which is totally incorrect.    I have the right password  When I go to reset it to try and solve this problem, no email comes to reset the password  This is a very frustrating situation and needs to be resolved. I log into the My Account section , download an upgrade and then get into the file, but when I next try to log in again, the password is said to be incorrect.  So going round in circles
