MYOB Accountright will not complete login this morning
We are using Accountright SE - desktop. The new online login has been working for a week or so, but this morning an update must have happened, and the login process will not complete. 3 (all) logins are affected. I cant access my own accountancy software on my own computer. here is a list of the steps:
- open myob via start button - working
- click which data file to open - working
- chrome pops up with myob online login. - working
- enter creds and click enter - works
- receive email through outlook. - working
- copy 6 digit code and past to chrome field. works
- the "Open MYOB Accountright?" security message pops up. - appears to work??
- But MYOB does not open. yes you can jump to the online version, but we dont use that as there have been synchronisation issues.
- So - what?? login didnt work. try again. this time you dont get asked for creds, just goes straight to the myob help page that pops up with the login.
Have tried:
- clear browser cache
- reboot server
